Tracy Tully
I’m Tracy Tully, the Director of Property Assessments for Landlords Services Ltd (PALS) and a former Senior Environmental Health Officer for Cornwall Council. As a third-party accredited Tier 2 Fire Risk Assessor and qualified HHSRS specialist, I provide practical, straightforward advice to help landlords meet legal obligations, avoid costly fines, and maintain safe, high-quality properties.
Mandy Evans
I’m Amanda Evans, Director of Property Assessments for Landlords Services Ltd (PALS). I’m a private housing consultant and accredited Tier 2 Fire Risk Assessor with over 15 years’ experience in the private housing sector. As a former local authority enforcement officer and qualified HHSRS specialist, I work with landlords, business owners, and property managers to address compliance issues before they become enforcement risks, ensuring properties are safe.
